RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY:
It is essential that the item is in perfect condition, has not been used, and retains its original tag and packaging.

Free In-Store Return or Exchange:
If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange it for a different size, color, or model.
Visit our store in Madrid, located at Conde de Aranda 8, and bring the item you wish to exchange or return. If it is a return, the order amount will be refunded, except for the shipping costs charged when requesting home delivery.
Home Pickup (Exclusive Service for the Iberian Peninsula):
You have 14 days to request home pickup, and we will send a courier to collect your package or exchange it for a different item. Request the pickup or exchange at ecommerce@dragongirl.es or via WhatsApp at 602252687. Pack the items securely. The courier will come to your home to collect the product or perform the exchange (the same courier delivering the new item will collect the one to be replaced). The price for this service within the peninsula for both exchanges and returns is €6.5.
Once the product is received in our office and we confirm that the item is in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the amount.
Exchanges and Returns for Islands and Outside of Spain:
For both exchanges and returns, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost of the Dragongirl product.
