2.- General Conditions of Use.
The following General Conditions regulate the use and access to the web portal, intended to be an entry point to MIMOKI DESIGN, S.L., offering users information, services, and content via the web. Through the website, the user has access to information about specific products and services, tools, and applications.

2.2.- General Contracting Conditions
- **PRICES INDICATED ON THE WEBSITE**: All prices of products offered on the website are expressed in EUROS (€) and include VAT. Price changes on the website will not affect those orders that have been confirmed and finalized by the user.

- PAYMENT FOR PRODUCTS: The entity wants to ensure secure payment for users. Therefore, the only payment options will be by credit/debit card and/or PayPal.

- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: Users have the right to change or return the order amount processed through the website within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product by the user, provided that the items have not been used and are in the same condition as received. The following items are exempt from return: headpieces, bags, and earrings. To do so, they can use the withdrawal form found in Annex I to these conditions and send it by any of the provided contact methods, or send an email to ecommerce@dragongirl.es within the indicated period, expressing their intention to withdraw unequivocally.

- COMPLAINTS: If the consumer believes their rights have been violated, they can contact us via email at ecommerce@dragongirl.es to request an out-of-court resolution of disputes. In this regard, according to EU Regulation No. 524/2013, we inform you that you have the right to request such an out-of-court resolution of disputes through the Internet address http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

3.- General Obligations of the User.
By accepting these General Conditions of Use, the user expressly agrees to:

- Not perform any action intended to harm, block, damage, disable, overload, temporarily or permanently, the functionalities, tools, content, and/or infrastructure of the website, preventing its normal use.
- Safeguard and maintain the confidentiality of the access keys associated with their username, being responsible for the use of such personal and non-transferable access keys by third parties.
- Not introduce or disseminate defamatory or libelous content, either about other users or third companies unrelated to MIMOKI DESIGN, S.L.

The user accepts that the competent courts by default to hear any judicial action derived from or related to these conditions, or with the use of this site or the navigation carried out by the same, will be the Spanish Courts.

If any clause or section of these General Conditions, which is not of an essential nature for the existence of the same, is declared null or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining clauses will not be affected.
